Wednesday, Sept. 6, to Saturday, Dec 3 .

To Register:
FILL OUT THIS FORM COMPLETELY.

1. YOU WILL NEED to fill out one registration for EACH student being registered.

2. YOU WILL RECEIVE an email receipt which indicates we have gotten your form data. It is NOT a placement confirmation.

3. MAIL OR DELIVER full tuition payment (check or cash). Registrations will NOT be completed until tuition payment is received. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled if not paid within 7 days.
